Our Story
Acelion Energy’s journey began with a vision to make clean, reliable energy accessible for all.
Mr. P. Ashok Kumar, a graduate of Anna University and IIT Madras, started exploring solar solutions in the 1980s. His early projects, including solar water heating and photovoltaic lighting, paved the way for a legacy of innovation spanning nearly four decades.
From pioneering net metering in Tamil Nadu to advising state energy policy, Mr. Kumar’s relentless focus on sustainable energy solutions led to the establishment of Acelion Energy in 2022 — a company built on the foundation of decades of expertise in solar EPC and energy infrastructure.
